Questions about the magix music maker?

1 can I create my own melodies or do I have to use the melodies on there?
2 do they have synthesizers, keyboards, electric guitars, drums and bass?
3 can I record my voice onto the music?
4 is there limits on how long the songs can be?
5 if I become famous can I use that music on my albums without getting in trouble?
